Kul aalam di vekho isne rachna khoob banaayi ey;
Bhulle nahin koi ik do bande bhulli kul khudayi ey. Dharti agg paani hi lokan samjhe jag de rachanhaar; Vaayu nun koi poojan lagga koi shabd nun kahe kartaar. Is duniyan di banat banaayi chhe ras tinn gun te panj tatt; Sabh vich reh ke sabh ton nyaara lukya baitha is vich satt. Is rab nun par ohi jane jisnun aap janave eh; Kahe avtar guru de bajhon bhhed koi virla pave eh. |

Just see, how wonderful the universe God has created;
Not one or two persons, the whole world is baffled. People take the earth, the fire and the water as creators of this universe; God has created this universe with six tastes (sweet, saline, pungent, bitter, astringent and sour), three attributes (goodness, pleasure and ignorance) and five elements (earth, fire, water, air and ether); He is present in every object yet distinct from them all, He is hidden in the universe Truth. But this God is known only by that person who is so blessed by Himself; Avtar says, none can know his divine secret without the true Master. |
Meaning
Here Baba Avtar Singh ji shares that only rare few knows about the secret of knowing the God without True Master. Look how wonderful universe the God has created: Not one or two persons, the whole world is leaving in a state of ignorance. People believe that the Earth, the Fire and the Water are creators of this universe: Some worship the air, while other consider the 'Word' air as the creator. This universe was created with 6 tastes (sweet, sour, saline, pungent, bitter and harsh), 3 qualities (goodness, pleasure and ignorance) and 5 elements (earth, fire, water, air and atmosphere): He is present in every object yet he is distinct from them all, the ultimate Truth i.e God is hidden in the creation. However, this Truth i.e God can be known only by that person, whom He Himself reveals.
